Discover simple ways to connect more deeply with the earth and access the inherent healing power of stones. You’ll be introduced to the core principles of ancient Chinese stone & crystal medicine. You’ll learn the metaphysical & medicinal properties of 5 stones and choose one to take home with you. Your experience concludes with a healing stone medicine treatment utilizing sound & a grid of stones placed on the body at key energy points to support deep release & relaxation.

This 90 minute workshop takes place weekly, on Fridays at Red Mountain Resort, in the Wellness Building, Studio 3.

Registration is required no later than noon the day of class by calling the Spa at 435-673-4905. Fee is $55 and includes access to resort amenities for the day of class, locals discount is available.
